The course, Business Technology Strategy provides detailed guidance in generating actual business value from technology investment. The course includes training in Investment Prioritization and Planning, Framework and Methods, and Valuation Techniques as well as other common techniques in delivering bottom line value to for-profit and non-profit organizations.
