A bit perplexing to say the least, but at least one realizes that there are two functions involved and who represents who is probably not a public concern but that of the applicable industry experts.

The most important thing in this issue is to understand who to contact for which function when you are about to bring about a make-over of a room or home in total - structural and re-decorating changes - or merely to re-decorate, i.e. replace household furniture and curtains etc. Whatever the undertaking that you visualize may be it is quite clear that rather than you attempting the project yourself, it may be of great benefit to you to call in the professionals.
