Apple and Samsung have long been at war with each other as far as patents are concerned, and in the recent battle, it looks like the German courts have decided to dismiss two patent suits, one from Apple and one from Samsung, making what seems to be a fair decision, although we?re guessing that both Apple and Samsung beg to differ.
The patent suits dismissed includes the allegations that Apple are making against Samsung, claiming that the South Korean company violated their slide-to-unlock technology, while Samsung?s lawsuit against Apple alleging they violated their 3G/UMTS-essential patents were dismissed too. Apple has yet to release a statement regarding this matter, but Samsung has expressed disappointment over the court?s decision and has announced that they would be appealing.
